HUBUNGAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN DAN SIKAP DENGAN PERILAKU TIGA ANCAMAN DASAR KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI REMAJA (TRIAD KRR) PADA SISWA SMAN 1 PADALARANG

Abstract

Adolescence is a transition period towards adulthood. During this period, adolescents experience many changes. With many changes, adolescents will carry out their own exploration. If they do not receive good sexual education, adolescents are vulnerable to falling into three basic threats to reproduction. Almost 80% of teenagers are dating and doing things beyond their age limits. This research aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes of teenagers with the KRR Triad behavior among students in Negeri 1 Padalarang in 2024. The type of research used is an Analytical Survey using a cross sectional approach. Sampling was taken using the Slovin formula so that 80 respondents were obtained, namely classes X and XI and selected using the Proportionete Stratified Random Sampling technique. The data was then analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis using the Chi Square test with a value of α = 0.05.The results of this study stated that the level of knowledge was mostly in the sufficient category (87%), most of the respondents' attitudes were in the negative category (67.5%), most were in the not good category (52.5%). There is a relationship between the level of knowledge and behavior of the Adolescent Reproductive Health Triad with p-value = 0.000 and there is a relationship between attitude and behavior of the Adolescent Reproductive Health Triad with p-value = 0.001. It is hoped that the suggestions for SMA Negeri 1 Padalarang can serve as input for the SMA Negeri 1 Padalarang school to provide information about adolescent reproductive health so that students and students avoid the problems of the three basic threats to adolescent reproductive health (Sexuality, HIV/AIDS and Drugs).
